Michelle is an accomplished finance and operations executive with a proven track record of strengthening organizations through strategic leadership, financial discipline, and operational excellence. With experience spanning executive leadership, finance, accounting, human resources, and operations, Michelle brings a comprehensive business perspective that allows her to connect financial performance with the day-to-day decisions that drive organizational success.

Throughout her career, Michelle has held progressive leadership positions including Controller, Corporate Controller, Human Resources Director, and Vice President. She has led teams of more than 150 employees and has been responsible for a broad range of business functions, including financial management, budgeting and forecasting, operations, human resources, fleet and maintenance, safety, customer service, sales, and strategic planning. Her ability to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, evaluate profitability, and implement meaningful change has been a cornerstone of her leadership approach.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairmont State University and has additional education in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation from West Virginia University. Her combination of financial expertise and hands-on operational experience gives her a unique ability to evaluate an organization from multiple perspectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies that support sustainable growth and profitability.

Michelle is passionate about building strong teams, creating accountability, and developing systems that allow both people and businesses to perform at their highest level. She approaches leadership with the belief that the strongest organizations are created when financial strategy, operational execution, and people are aligned toward a common goal.

Outside of her professional career, Michelle’s greatest pride and joy is being a mother to her three daughters, Raegan, Reese, and Rosalie. She is actively involved in their lives and shares their love of sports, particularly softball and basketball. As both a mother and a coach, Michelle values the opportunity to encourage young women to develop confidence, resilience, teamwork, and leadership—qualities she strives to demonstrate in both her personal and professional life.
